We recommend the 7.5-inch standard size Oasis wood slat foundation for all of our Oasis natural rubber mattresses. The 4-inch lower profile is more suitable for a futon mattress.

Wood Frame: Unique European style slat foundation to increase stability. Slats run width wise with a gap of only 1.5-inches or 1-inch to maximize support and to allow mattress to breathe on both sides. Wood support is same height as regular box spring. Untreated kiln-dried spruce without glue or finish.

Edge Guard: Extra wood support around the edge.

Covering: Top covered with 10 oz. organic cotton. Bottom covered with 6 oz. organic cotton fabric.

Border: Flat border made of organic cotton.

Contents: 100% organically raised wool and 100% certified organic cotton. Untreated wood. No glues or finishes.
