Delivery Information

Please allow 1–2 weeks for domestic order delivery. You will be notified if an item is not in stock. We ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority, depending upon weight, size and destination.

Credit cards are charged only for merchandise that has shipped. In case of back orders, freight charges are billed for the entire order upon first shipment.

Domestic Freight Charges: Domestic delivery rates are based on the price, or total of all items, excluding applicable sales tax. The shipping rate for merchandise amounting to over $100.01 will be based on 7% of the total order, excluding applicable sales tax. Refer to the domestic freight charges chart to the left.

For certain bedding items a flat discounted rate is applied. Please see our discount delivery chart.

Express Delivery: Expedited service is available to most US addresses. Add $8 to the cost of regular delivery charges. (Oversized items and those shipped from the manufacturer may not be applicable).

International Orders: Shipping and handling charges vary to other countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when shipping to Canada, and of the recipient when shipping to other countries. We will confirm freight charges with you prior to shipping or charging your order. Our online store will not accept orders from certain countries, and we reserve the right to refuse shipment.

Mattresses, bed frames, furniture and carpeting are delivered via common carrier (ABF, Roadway, Bekins), please allow 3-4 weeks. Expect a call the week of delivery to arrange a convenient time. Before the driver leaves, please examine the box(es) for any damage. If damaged, refuse delivery. This is standard furniture shipment protocol, and we want you to be protected all around. We cannot accept any returns of soiled, stained, bleached, damaged or worn furniture. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, your complete satisfaction and protection is our main objective.
