Did you know we spend one-third of our life sleeping? You might not know that when we sleep, our bodies are actually busy trying to purify blood, heal wounds, and regenerate for the coming day.

You definitely did not know that while we sleep our bodies are far more sensitive to environmental influences and toxins than while awake. This is especially true of children, and this is why creating a healthy bedroom is so important.
