Your Credit card is NOT charged on-line, we process all sales manually after you place your order, in case of backorders or change requests.

Shipping Details Please allow 2-4 weeks for domestic order delivery. You will be notified if an item is not in stock. We ship UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class. Express shipping available - call for details. Credit cards are charged only for merchandise that ships. In case of back orders, freight charges are billed for entire order upon first shipment. In case of special orders (* = indicator), please allow 4-6 weeks. For Mattresses and Carpeting we have a Special No Return & Restocking Fee Policy below.
International Orders International orders are shipped either USPS Air Mail (2-3 weeks) or FedEx (2-4 days), your choice. You will be charged exactly what we pay for ship and handling, based upon weight, destination, and choice of service. We will confirm freight charges with you before shipping or charging your order. Our eStore will not accept orders form certain countries, and we reserve the right to refuse to ship any order.

Gift Registries We offer registries for any occasion. Simply build your own custom registry page. We then link your items to their respective details/purchase pages. Please include your mailing address and phone number, and date of event. We will email you with a link to your personal registry page - then you can distribute this link to all your guests for their shopping convenience. As items are chosen, their links will be de-activated so others won't buy duplicate items.
Gift Orders

We are happy to ship your purchase as a gift (with "no-price" Gift Invoice) to someone special. Both our Print Order Form and Web Form have a place for a gift address and gift note/comments. We will print your comments on the Gift Invoice.

GIFT WRAP AND PERSONALIZED CARD: For an additional $6.00 per package, we will gift wrap and include a tree-free or recycled note card with your personalized message. Indicate which product(s) you want wrapped and your specific message when ordering.

30 Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-furniture purchase, return un-washed, un-stained and un-damaged merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, include original invoice, and we will refund your purchase, less freight charges.

Furniture/Bedding Delivery and Return Policy

FURNITURE and BEDDING RETURN POLICIES:

We will apply a restocking fee on all open, used, soiled, or damaged returns of bedding including Pillows, Comforters, Toppers, Blankets and Linens. Restocking fee will vary between 5 and 35% depending on product and condition of item being returned. All returns are subject to final approval by our staff, and will be refused if it does not meet our normal return policy parameters above.

 

MATTRESSES, FRAMES, AND CARPET RETURN POLICIES:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Frames are delivered UPS, Mattresses and Carpet via Common Carrier (Yellow, Roadway, Beacon). For mattresses, expect a call the week of delivery to arrange a good time. These delivery services will go up 2 flights of stairs, and will take the packaging away if needed. Occasionally, the drivers will offer to do something special/work with you if asked, and or tipped nicely - it is completely driver discretion. If you need an old mattress removed, this can be arranged at the time of sale, there is a $50 - $150 charge depending on size/pieces being removed.

Before the driver leaves, please examine the box(es) for any puncture holes or tears which might have exposed the furniture directly (unlikely). However, IF that should happen, you have the right to refuse delivery because of contamination/damage. This is standard furniture shipment protocol, and we want you to be protected all around.

Once the driver leaves, the furniture is yours, we DO NOT offer regular returns, unless covered under manufacturer warranty or for emergency reasons and restocking fees will apply based on the manufacturer of the product being returned. We can not accept any returns of soiled, stained, bleached, damaged or worn furniture. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, your complete satisfaction and protection is our main objective.
