Each mattress carries a 10 year manufacturers warranty as well as a comfort exchange guarantee - see below. Available in SOFT, MEDIUM and FIRM options. The thick "middle plate(s)" determines mattress firmness, and all mattresses come with a soft upper "plate" which spans the entire mattress top-side, right below the shell. Queen and King mattresses can have 1/2 side one core firmness, and the other 1/2 a different firmness. CARE: Mattresses are designed as no-flip, but "inner plates" should be turned and/or rotated every 4 months or so. Mattress must be placed on adequate, breathable foundation to maintain warranty. Do not allow mattress to get wet. Protect mattress with washable mattress pad - we reccomend the Vasilo Pad (below). For stains on shell, use a non-toxic spot cleaner. Mattress can be easily dissembled and all pieces placed in direct sun to freshen. Not machine washable.
